Aaron Keener, a former Division Agent turned rogue, has taken control of Lower Manhattan, backed by four devoted and highly skilled lieutenants. the loudout system in terms of balancing between survivability, utility, and damage was good during TU7, but in the current state of the game, the new loudout sytem just makes it frustrating to grind for a specific builds, you would pretty much have either a lot of health but do very little damage, or do a lot of damage, but die very quickly.
The devs are proud and probably can't figure out why this game is rated so low. i am disappointed.The loot is trash on all difficulties. Thanks for a reason to rush through it btw.

Try my best to get into this game over and over again but it's just a boring shith0le over & over again.
Caps on every collectible and NEVER ENOUGH STASH SPACE. But once everything works, its a pretty good DLC that brings back the Division to its roots.
0/1000 Dont get wrong, bosses use every bit of that extra armour to shred you sometimes, but its a challenge.
