To install mod just copy the folder to C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\ SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\ content\cars(tracks). Honestly I wouldn't mind. The symptoms for this would be that the app works flawlessly when playing single player with no AI, but you lose telemetry when playing single or multiplayer sessions with a reasonable number of opponents.
